I spent two years coordinating technology projects as a freelancer — websites for local businesses, software platforms for growing startups, and eventually blockchain and AI systems for clients who had read about these technologies and wanted to understand if they applied to their business. Not as a developer. As the person who understood what the client needed, found the right developer to build it, and made sure the two sides stayed aligned until delivery.
What I noticed was a consistent gap. On one side: businesses that knew they needed to modernise — a better website, an AI chatbot to handle support queries, a blockchain system for a new product — but had no clear path to doing it without paying more than they could justify, waiting longer than their timeline allowed, or dealing with agencies that communicated poorly and delivered inconsistently.
On the other side: genuinely skilled developers who were excellent at building but had no interest in client acquisition, project management, or the communication that keeps a client confident throughout a build.
In March 2026, I launched Solidity Labs to sit in that gap. Not as a freelancer — as an agency that takes full accountability for what is delivered. The model is simple: I handle everything the client sees — requirements, proposals, communication, project management, and quality control. The development is handled by a carefully built network of vetted specialists who do the technical work.
Since launch, the operating principle has stayed the same: fixed price, milestone-protected delivery, full code ownership, and founder accountability. None of that changes as the company grows.
