We build the technology behind AI automation, blockchain products, and real-world asset tokenization.

Solidity Labs is a technology development company. We work across three areas: building AI agents and automation systems, developing blockchain and Web3 products, and creating platforms that allow real-world assets to be tokenized and traded on-chain.

The clients who come to us are typically founders building something new, fintechs adding a specific technical capability to an existing product, enterprises exploring what AI or blockchain can actually do for their operations, and Web3 teams that need a level of technical depth they do not have in-house.

Every project we take on is a fixed-price engagement. Delivery runs in milestones. You communicate directly with the people building your product, and every project includes post-launch support as standard.

Quick answer

Solidity Labs is a technology development company that builds AI agents, blockchain platforms, and real-world asset tokenization systems for founders, fintechs, and enterprises worldwide.

Every project is fixed price, delivered in milestones, and built by the same team the client speaks with from day one.

Key takeaways

Solidity Labs specialises in three technology areas: AI development, blockchain and Web3, and real-world asset tokenization.

Every project is a fixed-price engagement - the price, scope, and timeline are agreed in writing before any work begins.

Projects are delivered in milestones: clients review and approve each stage before the next one starts.

The team that builds your product is the same team you communicate with directly - no account managers or intermediaries.

Solidity Labs works with clients globally, with no geographic restriction on the projects it takes on.

What we build

Three technology areas. One team.

Most development companies focus on one domain. We operate across three - which means products that sit at the intersection of AI, blockchain, and tokenization do not require multiple vendors and multiple handoffs.

AI Development

We build AI agents that handle specific tasks autonomously, workflow automation systems that remove manual steps from business operations, large language model integrations that bring AI capability into existing products, and AI-powered SaaS applications where the AI is the product.

Our AI work ranges from a customer support agent trained on a company's documentation, to a multi-agent system that handles operational workflows across multiple data sources, to a full SaaS product with AI as its core value proposition.

Blockchain & Web3

Smart contracts on Ethereum, BNB Chain, Solana, Polygon, and Arbitrum. DeFi protocols including AMM-based exchanges, staking systems, yield farming, and lending platforms. Cryptocurrency exchange platforms, multicurrency wallets, NFT infrastructure, and DAO governance contracts.

This is technical blockchain work - not strategy or consulting. We write the code, test it thoroughly, deploy it to the network, and hand it over with documentation that a future developer or auditor can follow.

RWA Tokenization

Real-world asset tokenization represents ownership rights in a physical or financial asset - property, gold, a fund, a bond, or equity - as a digital token on a blockchain.

We build the tokenization platform, smart contracts, investor portal, KYC and compliance integrations, and secondary market functionality. We also provide advisory services for regulatory and jurisdictional structuring with legal partners where needed.

How we work

What working with Solidity Labs actually looks like.

These are the four things that define every engagement we take on - the things clients tell us they noticed most after the project finished.

01

Fixed price before anything starts.

Every project starts with a written proposal that contains a fixed price, a timeline, a milestone breakdown, and a full scope description. The price in the proposal is the price on the final invoice. The only thing that changes the price is a change to the agreed scope, and scope changes require separate written approval before we do anything.

02

Milestones you review and approve.

Every project is split into defined stages with specific deliverables. At each milestone, we deploy the work to a staging environment where you can test it, click through it, and tell us what needs to change before we proceed. You review and approve each stage before the next one starts.

03

Direct access to the people building.

When you start a project with Solidity Labs, you get a shared WhatsApp group with the team building your product. You ask a question and get an answer from the person who knows the answer. You also get a written progress update every Friday while the project is running.

04

Honest when it is not the right fit.

We decline projects when they are outside our technical expertise, when the timeline is not achievable within the budget, or when a product concept has a fundamental flaw that building software will not fix. If we are not the right team for what you are building, we will say so directly.

Who our clients are.

The clients who work well with us tend to have a few things in common. They know what they want to build - even if the technical spec is not fully formed yet. They want a fixed price and a defined scope, not an open-ended hourly engagement.

We work with clients across the US, UK, UAE, Singapore, Australia, Europe, and Asia. Geography has no bearing on how a project runs - we operate fully remote, communicate clearly across time zones, and have structured the engagement process specifically to work without in-person meetings.

Startup founders building a first product - web app, mobile app, SaaS, AI tool, or blockchain project.

Fintech companies adding AI or blockchain capability to an existing product or platform.

Enterprise teams evaluating whether RWA tokenization, AI automation, or blockchain integration is viable for their business.

Web3 founders and crypto projects that need technical execution at a level that matches their own understanding of the space.

Agencies and consultancies that need a white-label technical partner to deliver client projects under their brand.

Founders who have been through a bad agency experience and want a fundamentally different approach this time.

FAQ

What exactly does Solidity Labs do?

Solidity Labs is a technology development company that builds AI systems, blockchain products, and real-world asset tokenization platforms. In practice, that means we take a product concept - a DeFi protocol, an AI agent, an RWA tokenization platform, a SaaS product with AI or blockchain features - and build the working software. We are not a strategy or consulting firm. We produce working code, deployed products, and technical infrastructure. Every engagement is a fixed-price project with a defined scope and a delivery date.

What kinds of clients does Solidity Labs work with?

Our clients range from early-stage startup founders building their first product to fintechs and enterprises adding specific technical capability to an existing business. What they have in common is a defined technical goal - something they need built - and a preference for working with a team that gives them a fixed price, clear communication, and direct access to the people doing the work. We do not have a minimum project size, though in practice most engagements are at least four to six weeks of development work. We work with clients globally - the majority of our clients are outside India, across the US, UK, UAE, Singapore, Australia, and Europe.

Is Solidity Labs a development agency or a product company?

Both, in different senses. As a development agency, we build products for clients - we take their concept, spec it, build it, and hand it over. As a product company, we are also building our own software products in the AI and RWA space, which we operate and sell independently of the client work. The two sides of the business use the same technical team and inform each other - the work we do building AI agents for clients makes us better at building our own AI products, and vice versa.

How is Solidity Labs different from hiring a freelancer or using a large agency?

A freelancer offers a single skill and limited availability. A large agency offers scale but adds layers of account managers, project managers, and developers who may never speak to each other or to you. Solidity Labs occupies a specific position: a small, specialised team that can handle complex, multi-component projects across AI, blockchain, and RWA - and where you communicate directly with the people doing the technical work. The fixed-price, milestone-delivery model is a middle ground between the risk of a freelancer and the opacity of a large agency. We are not the right choice for every project - but for founders who want technical depth, transparent pricing, and direct communication, we are designed specifically for that.

Does Solidity Labs work with clients outside India?

Yes - the majority of our clients are based outside India. We work with founders and businesses in the US, UK, UAE, Singapore, Australia, Canada, Germany, and across Asia and Europe. Solidity Labs is a globally operating company. India is where we are based operationally, but our market is global and our work, communication, and pricing reflect that. There is no geographic restriction on the projects we take on, and time zone differences are managed through structured async communication and scheduled calls.
