The client needed to validate a SaaS workflow before overbuilding
The team had a clear HR workflow pain point, but their existing process lived across spreadsheets, email threads, and manual reminders.
They needed a SaaS MVP that was narrow enough to launch quickly, but complete enough for real users to onboard, complete tasks, and give commercial feedback.

What we built and why it worked
We designed and built a SaaS MVP with role-based accounts, employee onboarding flows, approval queues, billing readiness, and admin reporting. The architecture was intentionally simple enough for fast iteration after launch.
The build prioritized the workflows that would prove demand: onboarding, approvals, reminders, and manager visibility. Everything else was placed into a post-launch roadmap.
